Time to put down my 4 year R3?

My R3 has been working great all these years until this year, I’ve always kept it at the same settings mainly changing the color and style. But ive been noticing that it isn’t detecting as well as it used to. It will still scan K and Ka bands but only the trooper Is at the other dude if the road and only shows up as 1 bar instead of the full bars. (Maybe 2 bars if it’s feeling like it)

Self test works fine and tried to do a factory reset, could it be from the southern heat causing it to degrade? Should I just upgrade to a new one
