- AI & Content Production Head
100% Remote | Full-time
We’re looking for someone who can actually manage production, not just someone who knows how to use AI tools.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing AI artists, editors, freelancers and production teams
- Handling large-volume AI content production
- Managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Building and maintaining production workflows
- Quality control and timely delivery
- Working on AI ads, AI-generated content & micro dramas
- Coordinating between creative teams, clients and freelancers
- Finding ways to make production faster, more scalable and efficient
Must have:
- Prior professional experience in AI content production
- Experience managing creative/AI teams or freelancers
- Strong project & production management skills
- Understanding of AI video/image generation workflows
- Ability to handle high-volume production without losing quality
- Agency/client management experience is a big plus

- Influencer Marketing Manager
100% Remote | Full-time
We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who can independently handle large creator bases and multiple campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing large creator/influencer databases
- Influencer scouting & shortlisting
- Campaign planning and execution
- Creator communication & negotiations
- Managing campaign timelines and deliverables
- Coordinating with brands/clients
- Managing an Influencer Marketing Intern
- Ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly from brief → creator onboarding → posting → reporting
- Handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
Must have:
- Prior experience in influencer marketing
- Experience handling a large number of creators
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage campaigns
- Agency experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
What we’re looking for overall
People who are hands-on, organised and can take ownership.
These aren't roles where you'll just make spreadsheets and attend meetings. You’ll be directly involved in production, creators, campaigns and clients.
Both roles are 100% remote.
