Should I install Wuwa

I am a avid HSR player(1.0-4.4) and i have played a fair bit of genshin (liyue) but lately as much as I love the story of HSR and its characters , the gameplay has gotten stale expecially for game like HSR.

So as of now compared to HSR how would you rank the story(no need to critise or put down either) and the general f2pness that i really enjoy about star rail as compared to like genshin.

Also is rn a good time to join in in terms of events and bonus'

Also to note i play mobile(S24) and love cool animations and fights and like intuitive mechanics.
