Chrome Managed by GT?

So, I just noticed today that my personal chrome browser, with no ties to my GT account except occasionally logging into GT related website (so no @\gatech.edu sign in onto chrome or gmail etc) is managed by GT, and I for the life of me cannot figure out why.

I don't think it's non standard - so curious as to whether other folks have this or did I just set something up incorrectly?

(I'm on a personal mac)
