Ultrasound guided filler dissolving?

Searched the sub but didn’t see anything on this - are there any plastic surgeons or injectors who use ultrasound to dissolve filler in the DC area? I’m not sure if I have scar tissue or residual filler, so I’m looking to eliminate the guesswork.
I’m in Silver Spring, but would be open to NOVA. Right now I can only find one provider in Frederick, MD. TIA!
