Tips for over badgering?

I really want my board to have no issues with water ever and I want to ride all winter, what can I do to maximize water resistance? I've badgered in the past and it wasn't enough 😂 I have tubes of loctite clear silicon and I have stickers and sniffers from pas badgering kits. Thank you!
