Full work search when on FIT note and awaiting WCA

I've been awaiting my WCA assessment for about a month now after sending in the forms, originally I was applying for ESA as well but I had a call from someone in my local job centre recently about it and they advised me to cancel my ESA claim and just stick with UC and the WCA so I did.

I had a commitments review meeting added for the 15th September, I posted a polite journal message asking if this could be changed to a telephone appointment as I would struggle to make it into the job centre. Today I see an update theyve cancelled that appointment and added a work search review for this friday and updated all my commitments for full work search, 90mins travel time, start work immediately.

For context I suffer with psychosis, anxiety and depression and have been awarded PIP. I'm actively engaged with mental health professionals, just today my CBT therapist has reccomended pausing CBT because I cant quite handle it and engage with it at the moment.

Ive phoned up and tried to explain my situation to the agent, who re-uploaded one of my fit notes (I had an issue with having multiple fit notes for similar period one saying might be fit with adjustments (when I was trying to return to my old job against medical advice) and an updated one saying not fit to work after I was forced to resign after a 7 month to and fro battle to try and go back to work and failing due to poor mental health.) She said she cant cancel the appointment so to put a message in my journal with the appointment option explaining my circumstances which I have done.

I'm not being lazy, im genuinely too unstable to be able to go back to work yet and with my dad being terminally ill right now emotionally im all over the place as well.

What are my options, will I have to try and somehow go in on friday and explain everything or will they see my journal entry and adjust things
