Anyone who owns an Apple TV device and uses RTÉ player able to confirm something for me please?

Does the RTÉ player app on it allow you to 'Watch from beginning' when you click onto a live channel? It works on desktop Windows. But it doesn't seem to be a thing for Android OS or iPad.

Watching Traitors late last night turned into a bit of an faff and wondering if we should get a used Apple TV device.
