Dundurn and Main E memorial?

Currently transiting to my volunteer gig and just passed by this. Near the intersection of Dundurn and Main Street E there is a bright green RIP on the sidewalk and many bouquets of flowers laid out beside.

Does anyone know what happened there or who it is for? Apologies if this has already been asked or answered.
