Will it ever stop?

I (M23) have had fissures appear and disappear on and off for a year now. I don't know what to do anymore I tried the ointments, the diet, the stretches, the sitz baths everything. One will heal over a month and a week later a new one will tear open.

I have genuinely been depressed about this since it feels like this is just gonna be my life forever. What makes it worse is that I am a gay bottom and due to this mess haven't been able to have sex in a year.

Does it get better? It feels hopeless
