Why does every restaurant AI flyer use the same exact "brush stroke" text? Can people not tell ChatGPT to change it?

Don't feel like I need to say much, as everyone has seen these flyers at this point. Just curious why nobody ever takes 10sec to change the font? But also why does it always default to a text that looks like it was painted with a paintbrush? Very dumb for any restaurants trying to stand out.
