Does anyone know any Camera patches/mods or other patches for Gran Turismo 3?

Been playing GT 3 to get reference for some AC mods I've been working on. I know about freecam, but I'm wondering if anyone has some other stuff?

Stuff like a RoofCam, or even modified controls like GT4 has available?

I have a load of cheats and a few patches but nothing else.
