What’s one tiny thing you do on your island that nobody else probably notices?

I realized I have a bunch of little habits on my island that serve absolutely no practical purpose, but I’d feel weird if I stopped doing them.

For example, I always leave a certain path clear because I like seeing my villagers walk through it, even though there are much faster routes.
