Manual Outdoor Lighta

I have a shared driveway in NYC and looking to add lights to the siding of my house, ideally every 2-3’FT. I currently have yellow string caged work lights that run the length of the house and plug in when needed. They work fine but it’s very bulky ugly and cars have broken the cages / bulbs. I don’t need these lights on all the time, we turn them on when we have gatherings and need to light up the driveway, so it’s a rare occurrence.

Needs:
- ***Lights cannot turn on automatically with motion or darkness because I don’t need them on daily (I assume this eliminates solar powered lights). This is the biggest must as I cant have my house lit up every night drawing attention to the driveway or annoying my neighbors.
- No hardwired lights
- Batteries or rechargeable is okay
- I can screw into the house siding if needed
- Manually turn on is okay
- Water/weather proof
- preferably does not involve a long power cord or any wiring as I’m trying to clean up the wiring on my house

Can anyone recommend an item that fits the above?
