Passing integrity checks?

I just received my TIQ mini m5 from Amazon (purchased in US). I need Authy to work, which means it needs to pass integrity checks, but mine doesn't seem to. I flashed the newest update from the link posted on this Reddit. Any tips to fixing this? Is the device play certified?
