recommendation for moisturizing conditioner!

hello po, i’ve been looking for a moisturizing conditioner for days po and i don’t know what brand to go to kase i don’t really know if nakaka moisturize ba yung conditioner na bibilin ko or hindi. awhile back po kase i was using kundal tas bumigat bigla buhok ko and medj naging sticky (protein overload ata kase more on protein siya) tapos bumalik ako sa dati, which is creamsilk and blue nabili ko kaso bumigat din siya huhu and now i struggle to keep my hair moist kase i noticed madalas dry ends ko and may split ends and those tiny white dots na mabilis maputol, now idk what to do because i’ve been wanting to grow my hair out in so long huhu. any suggestions is much appreciated po!
