When did you notice fewer focal seizures?

I was dx *after* starting lamictal because the "dissociation" i was describing to my doctors was actually focal aware seizures. I was given for bipolar 2 originally.

And they went away after starting the medication

But since I didnt know that's what they were, I don't know exactly when or what dosage

I started in 2018 and around 2022 or 2023 I was on maintenance around 200mg. and that's when I noticed my "dissociation" was less frequent. I then went to 300 in 2024 but now I'm back to 225 because the side effects were terrible (tremors all over my body)

I've had 2 EEG, the first one years ago was "indicative of seizure activity" and the one I had this year was completely normal (done when I was on 250mg however)
