Construction noise

The row home next to me is being gutted - meaning lots of noise starting at 7am. We have a newborn and I’m trying to squeeze in sleep where I can so noise during the day isn’t ideal.

We also run an Airbnb in our basement so I’m concerned for the guests. We’re offering ear plugs and have a warning in the listing but we rely on the income it brings in.

I’m assuming there isn’t much we can do here, but open to suggestions.
