Transcript application

Hi everyone,
I’m in a stressful situation with my physiciansapply.ca document verification and I’m hoping someone has gone through something similar.

I graduated from medical school in Sudan. I uploaded my graduation certificate and university transcript to physiciansapply.ca.

The problem is that my university could not provide my first-year transcript/results because those records were lost during the war in Sudan. They were able to provide the rest of my transcript.

But now the MCC is asking specifically for my first-year results.

Has anyone dealt with missing academic records because of war, conflict, or records being destroyed?

Is there an alternative document MCC may accept ?
such as an official letter from the university confirming that the records were lost?

Is the complete transcript mandatory for MCC/physiciansapply source verification?

If you experienced something similar, how was it resolved?

I’m really worried this could affect my MCC application/exam pathway

I would really appreciate hearing from anyone with experience with this.
Thank you!
