Career advice to enter Semiconductor Fab or manufacturing roles

Education: BTech-MTech dual degree Engineering Physics

Current Position: Project Associate at an academic institution in MOCVD growth of quantum materials

Country: India

Aim: To enter Semiconductor industry

I am finding it difficult to get a interview call for any roles except few FSE. Now I am confused, shall I go for a dedicated masters in semiconductor technology (at a institute with decent industry collaboration in semiconductor) or a phd for a entry in semifab and have a long career.

I am also considering Taiwan, Netherlands for PhD.
