JP Morgan chase/ EA progression

Hi All- I am currently an Ea at Chase, if I wanted to apply for a Senior EA role. Does anyone know the cap on what internal people receive - for example the role is up to 130 for a Senior EA. I currently make around 100K. How much could I negotiate for if given the offer… would love to know if it’s worth applying internally or not as I’m hearing different things about internal roles. Thanks
