How patient are clients with new hires?

Hello, I was hired by a US client. Fresh grad ako but I was offered a job na hindi ganong aligned sa background ko pero di naman sobra pero I accepted it. Madali lang naman ung tasks matutunan, heavy lang talaga workload. Mabait si client, pero priority niya talaga efficiency so AI usage is highly encouraged. Problem is, I don’t want to use it as much kasi hindi ko bet ung output so I do things half with it and half mano mano, so mas tumatagal ung work. I think they don’t really appreciate it, kasi they told me to look for more ways to shorten the time. Dagdag pa yung ang dami kong mistakes. Di naman siya yung nakakalose ng money sa company worse kasi di naman ako dun involved pero its those mistakes na parang nakakainis if magbuild up in quantity. The mistakes are not recurring naman afaik, pero palaging first task wala ako naperfect. A day away palang ako from having my first week with them pero I’m getting pressured na I don’t measure up to expectations. I get sighs and serious looks from my employer during conference calls which was heavier today but I haven’t been scolded naman. They tell me that they are so busy but will still teach me in a serious manner. I am so pressured na I even resorted to doing work out of the work hours just so I can show more outputs. I honestly think that if I don’t improve any time soon, magbrebreakdown ako 😭😭😭😭

How likely am I to be on the verge of being fired🥹 they told me on the first day that I gotta learn the ropes and they would teach me because there are things you only learn through experience, pero one can only tolerate so much no? I am so grateful for this opportunity din kasi, so I want to improve as much as I can kaya I want to know if a high chance of me being fired is the reality. They told me though that I will be replaced if I don’t improve in 3-4months time during on boarding but what are the chances of it coming later or sooner.

I just wanted to get this off my chest din kasi naooverwhelm na ko. I had work experience via summer jobs and the likes na masyado siguro akong na baby kasi literal na stress na stress ako by my own doing—- which has never happened to me dun sa mga yun.
