I’m looking for a growth/distribution cofounder for simplecx.

I’ve built the product. Now I need someone who can help me figure out how the hell we get it into the hands of the right people.

SMEs and founders have plenty of marketing ideas, but turning one idea into a consistent, multi-channel campaign still means jumping between ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, freelancers, schedulers, etc.

So we built simplecx, an AI campaign operating system that takes one idea and helps turn it into a full campaign.

You give it an idea. rai, our AI marketing copilot, researches it, helps with the strategy, creates the copy/design/video/content and helps you get it out.

The product is live and in beta. We've got early users testing it.

But I'm not going to pretend we've cracked growth.

That's the part I want a cofounder to own with me.

I'm looking for someone who gets excited about:

- finding distribution nobody else is looking at

- content/social/community

- partnerships

- outbound

- growth experiments

- talking to users and figuring out why they aren't converting

- trying shit, learning quickly and doing it again

You don't need a fancy growth title.

You need to be hungry enough to build the playbook from scratch.

I'm looking for a full-time founder, not a freelancer or someone looking for a side project.

There is equity on the table, starting around 2%, negotiable based on experience, commitment and what you bring, with room for more as we build together.

I'm not looking for someone to “do marketing.” I'm looking for someone who wants to say “fuck it. Let's figure out how to get 100 users. Then 1,000. Then 10,000.”
