For some important needed info, regarding my cards I also use the Golden Dawn correspondences alongside my readings so I also consider The Chariot as a "water" card due to being associated with the sign of Cancer which is a water sign.

Also, to explain why i have 5 cards on the staff, the very bottom card, 7 of Cups, is the bottom card of the remaining deck which I also count in my readings and read them as "something missing but needed". The rest of the positions continues from there on with The Hermit in the 7th position, the 5 of Cups in the 8th position, etc.

Like what the title said I'm still somewhat fairly new to tarot readings and this spread is a bit hard for me to read so any help is appreciated!

What I got from my spread is:

1. The Chariot - I've been feeling motivated from last month which explains the drive I have and I've been doing a great job managing multiple things somewhat as, for extra context, I'm starting my 2nd year of college.

2. Queen of Cups - I read the 2nd positions as more "what influences me" rather than "what challenges me" and the Queen of Cups is definitely reminding me to consider my emotional state which I haven't been checking up on over the past few weeks.

3. 8 of Cups - For another college-related context, I shifted courses, specifically from Bachelor of Science in I.T. to Bachelor of Arts in Communications as I originally chose I.T. for the money but I was having a horrible time in that course so I shifted to something that, hopefully, fits me more which is Communications. I sometimes think about this choice from time to time though as I wonder about sticking with something "practical" rather than going for what I like.

4. 3 of Pentacles - I've had people help me to where I am now, especially my family and the extremely helpful college staff that were guiding me throughout my entire shifting process.

5. 5 of Wands - I personally struggle a lot with this card in general and the best I got is that, due to recently changing courses, I have a lot of catching up to do and I need to focus on especially the subjects I would've taken if I was a Communications student in my first year, while making sure that I also focus on my 2nd year subjects. Not to mention, new college course, new people, which I want to befriend because I love having friends.

6. Ace of Pentacles - Now that I'm finally in a course I actually wanted and like, this could be what helps in cementing a stable path for my career. This also fits with the 3 of Pentacles which are both in the same suit and "line of action" being the past and the future and I read the two as "after working hard with others, I finally have the potential for something practical in my life".

7. The Hermit - I'll admit I've been a bit withdrawn from everything else in general as I needed a break after the stressing process that was me changing courses and having my 2nd college year starting is not what I need right now. Due to it being The Hermit, it might signify that I need to do some self-reflection though, at least, from what I understand.

8. 5 of Cups - This is hard for me to read since it's the 5 of Cups in the "environment" position and from what I got, I may be encountering people in my newly started college year that are still focused on the past. That's the best read I could do sorry- This also calls back to the 5 of Wands since they're both the same number but I just couldn't figure out how.

9. The Fool - My 2nd college year has started, so new, but familiar, everything, and I'm still worried about messing things up for the rest of my time in college. Also a bit of a warning to The Chariot because while I am pushing through my life right now which has led me to new possibilities, I might have to be wary of what I'm heading towards to.

10. 10 of Swords - A cycle of some sort will be ending and, since it's in the suit of Swords, it'll require a lot of intellectual work, probably relating to the conflict I was consciously focusing on in the 5 of Wands. It'll be worth it though despite the trouble.

Bottom card of the remaining deck: Something that's missing but needed - 7 of Cups - This is another card I struggle with and, with the meaning I gave to the bottom card of the remaining deck, what I got from it is that I need to expand my vision and realize I have more paths than I realize aside from "just pushing through" like the Chariot suggest.

A couple of extra things I noticed about my deck:

As what I've said in the title, I've pulled a lot of watery cups in this spread, and since it's a reading for the entire month of September, that means that emotions in some way will play a large role?

Both the "past" and "future" position cards are Pentacles meaning that, despite the Cups being extremely relevant for this month, there's still some stabilizing in regards to my path.

The Hermit, which is associated with Virgo, fits well now that it's currently Virgo season and it being in the "attitude" position probably means that I'll exhibit some of Virgo's qualities and traits in their season.

Finally started doing tarot readings for myself but I've only just started a couple of months ago and while doing my monthly reading for September, I notice that I've pulled a lot of "watery" cups??
