Help Mage Challenge

Hello everyone,

our guild is currently having an issue with the Mage Challenge.

Before the server merge (491/492), we successfully completed the Hard Challenge. However, since the merge, we are no longer able to complete it.

So my question is: How can we switch back to the normal difficulty level?

Could the problem possibly be related to our Guild President? Our President has been offline for quite some time now. The Vices and Elites have already removed the green check mark for the reservation, but perhaps our President still has the green check mark active...

Could this be the reason why we cannot switch back to the normal challenge?
