Guys, Please help me and guide me

Bhai so i am a 2nd dropper for jee and boards is f@#king me up:-

1. 2025 -Passed cbse 12th with 61.4%(subjects were physics chem maths bio english)

2. 2026 gave cbse boards improvement OSM f@#ked me could not get over 61.4% despite i knew i must get it but aint no time to complain

3. 2027 my final jee drop year honestly prep is going well din mein 150qs ho rahe hai and test bhi sahi jaa rahe hai that actually never happened in my previous prep years

Last year %ile was 81%ile

Please NIOS KA route sahi hai ya galat batado

Because i learned that if someone has already passed his/her 12th from a recognized board then nios whether its the public exam or ODE they cannot take subjects more than 4 and ODE toh josaa aise bhi nahi accept karti and public exam jo hai woh do bhi toh certificate nahi milta only marksheet so JOSAA does not accept dual marksheet

1.Finally kya koi aur route for jee?

2 .And kya dual marksheet NEET ke through mbbs KE liye eligibile karti hai kya?
