Moving from Saudi Arabia to Dubai (Oncology RN) - Job scope for 4 years experience?

Hi everyone,

I am a Registered Nurse with a B.Sc in Nursing and 4 years of total experience in Oncology:

2 years of Oncology experience in India

2 years of Oncology experience currently in Saudi Arabia

I am planning to move from Saudi Arabia to Dubai, mainly because I want my husband to join me and work there. Managing family visa requirements and monthly government fees here in Saudi makes it difficult for us to stay together long-term.

I would love to get some insights from nurses or healthcare professionals in Dubai regarding:

Job Scope: How is the demand for Oncology Registered Nurses in Dubai (private & semi-govt hospitals)?

Job Prospects: With 4 years of solid Oncology experience (2 yrs India + 2 yrs Gulf/KSA), how easily can I secure a position once I get my DHA license?

Salary Expectations: What is the average starting salary range for a B.Sc RN with Oncology experience in Dubai?

Spouse Job/Visa: Is it practical for my husband to come on a visit visa and look for a job once I get settled?

Any advice, hospital recommendations, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
