Conflicts Analyst?
I am desperate for a employment change/break. I work in-house at a consulting firm. I’ve been with the company for 8 years—-about to hit 5 years as a a Paralegal. I started this role during COVID and we were fully remote. We’re back in the office 3 days a week and it’s punishing. I actually really like my team - great attorneys, supportive GC, but our internal customers f-ing blow and I hate living in a surveillance state.
I know the job market is brutal and remote jobs, especially in the Legal field, are hard to come by but the only roles popping up for me on LI are Conflicts Analyst. Has anyone transitioned from Paralegal to Conflicts Analyst, vice versa, or been in this role? I’m curious.
