Is Vic3 worth it..?

greetings, so I basically played every single paradox game at this point minus Vic3. Game that offered me the most replayability was CK3, and I'm entirely familiar with how it works.

Only thing I know about Vic3 though, is that it revolves around building tall and not wide. Could Y'all write me swift reviews, is the game really worth it..?

Does it offer much replayability, and whatnot.
