Who's the best Star & Stripe can beat from Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece? (MHA)

Star & Stripe from MHA was pretty ridiculous. She only got the one fight, but it was a hell of a fight, right? I'd have loved to see more of what she could do. How well do you think she'd stack up against Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece? Who do you think is the best she could beat from each?

For the sake of the prompt assume that Star can see and interact with everyone in Bleach.

Here's her Respect Thread!

• Round 1: Just Star in Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece.

• Round 2: She gets her backup jets and ICBMs.

• Bonus Round: Most powerful anime/manga character from anything she could beat?
