I built a free literature app for internal medicine — feedback is welcome
Hi everyone,
I’m a dermatology resident in the Netherlands. I previously built CatchUpDerm to make it easier to keep up with dermatology literature, and I’m now expanding the same idea to other specialties.
CatchUpIM is a free app for internal medicine residents, internists and other physicians who want a simpler way to stay up to date with new literature.
You can choose the clinical topics, study designs and journals that matter to you. The app then creates a personal, daily updated overview of relevant articles, with structured summaries and links to the original papers.
There are no ads and no account is required. The only in-app purchase is an optional tip to support the app.
It is available on iPhone and on the web:
App store: https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/catchupim/id6800210971
Web: https://catchuplit.com/im
I would be very grateful for any suggestions on how to improve it. And I am very happy to answer any questions!
