What should I do?

At my work, people that work in the cubicles next to me have been talking about the Lindsay Clancy case. They have been saying how the husband did it, I personally disagree and think she is guilty of it. Regardless, it’s difficult for me to sit there at my cubicle and listen to something I disagree with. I don’t want to listen to people talking about politics at my work. What can I do about this situation? Should I just let it be or talk to HR about so people will stop talking about politics at work.
