WASD camera controls for definitive edition?

I'm having an absolute shitter of a time trying to get this fucking thing to work. I've edited the LUA files for the modern controls(and others) removed the required for holding down shift, made sure there's no conflicting keys, made it read only etc and no matter what I do the WASD keys still don't pan the damn camera. It doesn't change the controls AT ALL.

Anyone know how to fix this? I don't want to break my finger holding shift just so I can move a damn camera around.
