Built a SaaS to offer Smart Valet, which is low in tech as of right now

So about it's 8 months ago I started the journey of building a SaaS platform for parking in general. It started as an all in one suite. But after speaking to operators and people in the industry, I pivoted into focusing on Valet. It's been a ride, but we are seeing great progress. It's already in testing, I have a valet company who has been using it in live environments and giving me great feedback and has liked it overall. Making some refinements like payment agnostic to not force operators to use a specific payment processor but use the one most comfortable for it. I've come to realize in conversations that there's no one size fits all software, so it's extremely important to make it as adaptable as possible for operators and that's the goal, currently in the talks of a couple of integrations for mutual enhancement.
It isn't all about operators either, I have kept the guest experience in mind through the whole journey by speaking to regular customers that use valet and asking them what they wish they had. I've learned that all guests are different and will each have their own preferences. So l've developed a web-portal, app, non-portal web access and SMS options for guests that way they can choose which experience to have.
