Anyone else having trouble contacting Pinnacle?

Hi there,

I wrote two e-mails to Pinnacle over their homepage qith a question regarding an order from last year. This was on the 9. and 17. of august. Haven't received an answer. Tried to reach out via their facebook account, but there is an automatic answer to use their e-mail adress.

Does anyone else have problems reaching out to their custumer support at the moment?
