How to deal with the altitude of Colorado?

Hi Dr. C, do a lot of your patients struggle with the altitude of Colorado? A lot of people that are healthy even struggle with it. Such as getting headaches, and struggle a bit with breathing.

How do cci patients mitigate these symptoms? Especially post procedure when they are very flared up.
