Metalbone Team light 2024 or, nox ml10 pro cup silver 2025

thinking of getting either of these rackets, im a beginner player and want something that will still be great even after my level advances, a control racket with nice trampoline effect, not harsh on the wrist since i tend to get injuries. Both are at the same price and are new what do you guys reckon?
