I've gone seven days without an unauthorized partner. Hoping this gets easier

I guess I'm in recovery maybe? I don't know all the terminology. But last week I had more or less rock bottom moment. I deleted my naughty email addresses, dropped out of inappropriate subreddits, and deleted my account on a hookup site.

The first three days or so were pretty easy, because I felt disgusted with myself. But the last couple days the desire has been creeping in again.

Hoping to get over the hump and that this will get easier.
