What should I do, need advice with invitation
Hi people,
Alright so my ceremony has very limited capacity of maximum 35 guests and outside vendors are included as a headcount.
Because most of my guests are coming from interstate and overseas, I have mentioned “not confirmed” the date and time of the ceremony and reception.
Honestly, reception is the main because it’s 5hours long whereas ceremony is just 10-20minutes.
Issue here is, I all of sudden have guests - Groom’s direct family members from overseas decided to come to the wedding, which is extra two people..
and I also didn’t know just found recently that outside vendors are included as a headcount such as photographer, and bridal coordinator..
So already I need to secure 4 spots.. but I’ve already mentioned to my friends that to be ready letting them know the date for ceremony and reception.
No official RSVP has been sent, do you think it’s going to be rude if those 4 members I have already messaged prior that they are only be invited to reception? It’s not just them who’d be excluded to ceremony and be invited only for reception there are other groups who wont be able to join. But this group I’ve already told them it’s going to be just a reception.
It’s just those 4 that I mentioned if they’d be free on that day for ceremony and reception.
Please share what you all think!!
