Black People, EU Surgeons

hey all,

I'm curious about Black / melenated people who have gotten top surgery in the EU - in particular where you went and how happy you are with it.

I've been musing for a while and i have a recc for UK based but i dont think I want to lie for a year to qualify. but the EU is large and i know nothing so would love the help.
