Reactive Dog Trainers?

I am looking for a trainer who does well with reactive dogs. Mine is struggling with big reactions towards other dogs.

We have worked with trainers in our area (Norfolk County) but they seem extremely harsh/over-corrective, or entirely force-free and don’t really want to touch on the reactivity aspect.

Any personal experience or recommendations?
