Title: [Hiring] Creator Partnerships & Outreach Specialist (Finance / Trading Niche) — Remote / High Incentive. Estimate may may vary as it's an easy work

We are expanding our creator acquisition team and looking for hungry, sharp Outreach Specialists / BDRs to scout and onboard trading, forex, and financial educators across Instagram, YouTube, X, and Telegram.

If you understand social selling, know how to hold a conversation without sounding like a robotic script, and want to work in a high-velocity space, this is for you.

What You’ll Actually Do

Source & Qualify: Find high-engagement creators (we care about real view-to-follower ratios, not bought vanity followers).

Direct Outreach: Initiate authentic, personalized conversations offering our stage-1 capital barter program.

Funnel & Transfer: Hook the creator, handle initial questions, and transition them directly to our management desk on WhatsApp to finalize agreements.

Track: Maintain clean daily logs of your touches and pipeline.

Who We’re Looking For You understand the basics of the trading / prop firm ecosystem (or can learn fast).

You know how to craft a cold DM that actually gets opened and answered (no copy-pasting generic walls of text).

You understand Instagram outreach limits and know how to keep accounts safe.

Strong conversational written communication (both English and natural Hinglish are a plus).

Trial Sprint & Compensation

We don't hire based on fancy resumes; we hire based on execution.

The selection process includes a 4-day probation sprint to evaluate your real-world pipeline generation and conversion ability.

Candidates who hit the milestone move straight into our core team with competitive pay and scaling performance incentives.

How to Apply

We have set up a practical screening form that tests real-world scenarios, pitch crafting, and edge-case handling.

Important: Do not copy-paste raw, generic AI text. We read every response and reject generic bot answers instantly. Use your actual instincts.
