Don’t get me wrong, I dig a side love story going on. My issue is why are most females in anime always wildly weak or overly sexualized? And why are most other characters stupidly weak compared to the MC?

Solo friggin leveling, yea it’s a great show. But damn, dude is fed protein level up drinks one after the other. And (spoiler) he ends up being the only one who can handle whatever else comes out of those gates (not talking about the monarchs). It’s so dumb with the scaling.

Some plots to these anime’s are great, like Mukosho Tensei & other similar anime’s. He had to learn magic at a young age, worked out it, earned it from the fruits of his labor. But his perversion is beyond the level of making it just a joke. Stopped watching because it just got gross.

And the reused plot lines, overpowered mc, hiding strength. Or power leveled to ultimate levels. Friggin diarrhea.

Also, some of these shows lack female/diversity of characters. Like actually supporting characters that are useful. I’m talking nearly 2nd MC importance. Yea I know it’s Japan. But it’s weird to see youngins kickin ass all the time. Why can’t the plot just be about the old wrinkled person from the boomers days fixing up shit after the youngins gone and fucked it all up. And staying in that old form too!

So anyone has any recommendations that aren’t like these?
