I know our current job market is shit for everybody, but...

...I've recently noticed it has become WAY worse for us, as recuiters value things like communication skills more than ever before.

If you go to a job interview and you're perceived as "akward", prepare yourself to be automatically rejected or ghosted (regardless of actual skills and capabilities).

Back then, being willing to work, skilled, disciplined and obedient was enough, but now they require us to be as charismatic as a radio announcer, even in positions where it shouldn't be expected.
