Helios 5090 PH16-73-94QC

I found this for $3100 new. I am tempted to buy it. The only thing holding me back is I bought a helios neo 16 5070 earlier this year and had to return it due to constant freezing.
Anyone else have problems with this model or should I buy it? A 5090 seems like a good deal for 3100
