Am I missing something or cleaning your tank with dish soap while the fish are still in the tank is the beat way to keep your tank pristine clean?

And also changing the filter media and gravel completely? Those were some of the advice I have seen in the comments.

ALSO, the way people just buy fish and then make a reel just to ragebait other people who actually care by displaying their ammonia spiking, freshly filled with tab water, plastic decorated tanks with goldfish or bettas?
