Switching between phones broke YouTube

So I had a galaxy s25 with everything working perfectly on YouTube never any issues then decided to try a new pixel for a week or two. I set morphe up on there but can never get the notifications working and ultimately ended up returning the phone and going back to my Galaxy s25. I didn't change anything at all on the s25 but now it has the exact same issue that the pixel had and will not get YouTube notifications at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled micro g and YouTube and the Cloud messaging is fully connected all the time and I cannot figure out for the life of me what could be causing this.
