An Old Friend of mine

So there was a friend of mine. We were very good friends till 5th grade. We used to play many quiz games to prove who was better, and she was very, very competitive, like crazy. Then, one day, I shifted to another city. Then I saw her in class 10th at a centre for the ANTHE exam. She was very career-oriented and focused on her goal. She joined Aakash in 11th class for NEET prep. I didn't join any coaching. Then I took a drop after 12th to give JEE, and one of her classmates was in my same coaching.

He told me she got 550 in NEET and had also taken a drop for the exam, and he also told me that her father had passed away. I felt how she would be managing all that for the first time.
He also came to know about her situation through someone, as she used to live a very isolated life, and later, life became even more tough for her. I can bet she has 0 to minimal friends, though I don't know about her whereabouts now.

I then cleared JEE, but I lost contact with that classmate of hers who was in my coaching. Two days ago, I found her 9-year-old social media account, and it has only 10 friends. It was her only social media account.

I know many old friends of her who were my friends too, but I found her in no one's social media.

Also, I found her on Quora too, but I think she hasn't used that either in a decade.

I wonder if she cleared NEET and became a doctor or not. I wonder if she ever overcame all those hardships.
She feels like an ancient entity I'm trying to find.
I wonder what she will be doing now.
