Can you make decent food using human flesh and organs?

Hey so, I'm researching cannibalism for my oc, and I was wondering if you could make a decent food using the human flesh—not the ones that looks pleasing to the eye but you'll immediately throw up once you try it. No, I want something that looks pleasing to the eye and also pleasing to your mouth. But i was wondering what kind of human organs or flesh should I use? Does it only depends on what my oc is cooking? Oh and also, what type of organs should my oc avoid adding to her dish? (I know this questions might be easy to answer but I really want to make sure—i just dont wanna use wrong information while making my oc🥲)
