Just started earning and Indian family rant

Okay so ,

I am FDE/SWE in a startup earning well enough to survive also doing freelance work which gets me itna ki i can live my life while fulfilling my dreams and all . I saved 1 lakh from 4 months of my salary and My parents took it away from me.

Since I started earning I made it clear that I am not going to give them any money I am earning , i can buy stuff for them but I am not going to give them any money as I don't want to due to their harsh words.

Back in March when I was unemployed I was only earning around 10k per month , enough for my survival but yea not enough somedays . My mother used to keep telling me to get a govt job, be a teacher in Rajasthan and move with them there and I fought for my passion in programming here , but in March she said "Maa baap ki baat nahi maan raha , kbhi successful nahi hoga" that 1 line still hurts a lot.

Just wanted to share this here.

I need some help from the people already living alone , if you can tell me an approximate money spent they do in a month apart from rent , it will be helpful, I am trying to move out to have a better life so I can be much greater than what I am right now
